You will be charged tution until the studio owner has been notified of your student dropping his/her class. A $10.00 late fee will automatically be applied to your account if your tuition payment is not received by the 10th of the month (even if your child misses the first lesson of the month). A full month’s tuition will be due each month regardless of the number of lessons received that month. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

REGISTRATION FEE: A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time of registering.  If fee is not paid, the student will not be active in any class until paid.

BAD WEATHER: When bad weather develops, I will leave all studio closings on the answering machine by 3:00 p.m. (712-792-1166). Please call before coming. If you feel driving is unsafe, please call to advise me of the weather in your area. If school has been canceled or let out early, do not assume that there will not be classes as the weather may change.

OBSERVATION: The watch windows will be open a week in November and and week in March. There will be a question & answer session during March watch week to cover details of the student’s costumes & recital. Please bring a notebook & a pen.

COSTUMES FOR RECITAL: Costume deposits will be paid in November for each recital costume. For each costume ordered, there will be a $55.00 costume deposit. The remaining balance of costumes will be charged in January after returning from Christmas break. 9th Grade dance students and up will make a $200.00 deposit (4 costumes).  Costumes will be ordered accordingly. (If there is a credit balance, it will be applied to tuition.) Costume balances are due upon receipt. One costume will try to be used however; most classes in first grade and up will have TWO different costumes that will require two deposits. Preschool students up through kindergarten and tumblers will have one costume unless notified differently.

STUDENT SUPPLIES: We ask that each family contribute to these items that are used in an abundance at the studio. Please supply a roll of paper towels/5 oz. dixie cups/ & 1 box of kleenex.

WAITING IN LOBBY AREAS: Parents/family members waiting in the lobby areas that stay during classes can be a distraction for the students. Please use discretion while waiting so your child can learn to their fullest potential without being distracted.

LATE PICK UP/EARLY DROP OFFS: Please remember that your child(ren) are not under Renee's Dance & Tumbling Supervision until the start of the class.  Once the class is over and disimissed from the room, the student is no longer under Renee's Dance & Tumbling supervision.  Please make arrangements prior to lessons  to ensure your child is adequately supervised.  If students are not picked up within 10 minutes of their function, a $5.00 late pick up fee will be charged to your account.

VOLUNTEERING/RECITAL FEE: As always, it is important as parents that we support our child(ren) in their endeavors in life.  This is also important in the fine arts.  Please support your child and get involved in volunteering at the studio.  Throughout the year, there will be several opportunites for parents to be involved.  As the recital gets closer, your help will be immensely needed. If you are not able to volunteer for recital for 1 hour or your time, you can pay a $15 recital fee instead.
